John of Bling Promotion making a presentation to a needy family John of Bling Promotion making a presentation to a needy family

A local businessman and promoter who dedicated one of his major fund-raising events prior to the Christmas season towards the Princess Royal Hospital and less fortunate families across Carriacou and Petite Martinique has made good on his promise much to the appreciation of the recipients.

Dwain John of Bling’s Promotion and Manager of John’s Unique Resort Guest House presented hampers to twelve (12) families across the sister isles on the eve of the Christmas Eve.

The businessman who is also an entertainer didn’t forget the patients at the Princess Royal Hospital and also delivered them a hamper.

Accepting on behalf of the hospital was Nurse Endeave McLawrence who expressed her profound gratitude on behalf of the staff and patients at the health institution. As John journeyed across the island making his deliveries recipients were all thankful for the gesture and assured him that the items were timely towards them having a merry and joyous Christmas.

John pointed out that the entire cost of the package was in the region of $1,400.00. He said that at an event which was staged on the compound of the guesthouse he called on patrons to bring an item, which can help in making at least one needy family cheerful for the season. However he added that although he fell short of the expected amount he was able to fund the rest so that more families could have a joyous Christmas.
