Andrew Wants Heads To Roll Over Games

The National Democratic Congress caretaker for Carriacou and Petite Martinique, Tevin Andrew is calling on the powers that be to give marching orders to some officials at the Ministry of Carriacou and Petite Martinique Affairs over what he says was their poor handling of the issue surrounding the secondary school games.

Andrew who joined the students of Bishop’s College on their march through the streets of Hillsborough chanting –We want sports- says that the ministry should have been involved in proper mediation to ensure that the games proceeded as was planned.

New Port On Time For Christmas

Residents of the sister isles of Carriacou and Petite Martinique are on track to receive the much promised state of the art port facility at Tyrell Bay in time for the Christmas season 2017.

The project, which began in earnest immediately following the turning of the sod on Thursday January 19, is reported to be running on schedule.

Charles Off To Boston Hospital

After several challenges the way has been cleared for Shermor Charles to wing his way off to the Shriners Hospital in Boston today, Friday March 17 to commence remedial work on the badly affected upper parts of his body.

For several months now a team of people led by Corine Milne, have been have been working hard to have the teenager, who was badly burnt in a fire, access the necessary surgery so that his life could return to normal.
