Kirani’s Coach Was Here

Coach for Kirani James in the United States was in Grenada last weekend along with two other gentlemen all of whom were on slightly different missions. Coach Harvey Glance was here specifically to officiate at the national Sports Award ceremony last Saturday evening while Gary Wilson and Andreas M. Schulze Ising were here to look at the progress of construction on the National Athletics and Football Stadium; they are responsible for the laying of running tracks at the new facility.

Black History Month, also known as African-American History Month in America, is an annual observance in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom and to a much lesser ex¬tent, the Caribbean, for remembrance of important people and events in the history of the African Diaspora.
