With less than three months on the job as Senior Coach in the Ministry of Carriacou and Petite Martinique Affairs, Sebastien Stiell has been summoned to give a clear and unequivocal explanation as to why the Carriacou Secondary Schools combined Cricket Team was forced to make a U-turn from competition in the National Secondary School Tournament to being downgraded to mere exhibition games.

The issue of foreign policy has forever been a daunting challenge for small poor countries like ours. During the era when the world was deeply divided along political/ideological lines, small countries like those in the Caribbean were admonished to choose between Communism and democracy or alternatively between the communist world and the free world; a clear indication that in the minds of so called democratic leaders, citizens of communist states were not free.
