Two St. Andrew’s men jointly charged with possession of one hundred pounds of cannabis, which carries a street value of Two Hundred and Twenty-Six Thousand, Eight Hundred dollars,($226,800.00) possession of an illegal firearm-a twelve gauge shotgun- and possession of ammunition- two twelve gauge cartridges, were both remanded to custody at the Richmond hill prison when they appeared before the Grenville Magistrate Court last Wednesday.

Grenada Advances to Next Round of CONCACAF WC Qualifiers

Spice Boyz have booked their place to the next round in the CONCACAF Qualifier for FIFA World Cup 2018, after beating Puerto Rico in the return game played at the Grenada National Stadium on Tuesday by 2-0. Grenada needed two clear goals to advance, having lost to Puerto Rico 1 nil in their first encounter in Puerto Rico.

Goal for the Spice Boyz came from Puerto Rico player Joan Morales in the 34th minute and Grenadian striker Jamal Charles in the 81st minute of play.
