LIME offers Grenada’s lowest ever mobile rate

“It is time to come back home.” That was the sentiment shared by the LIME’s General Manager Mr. Angus Steel as the Company launched its “One Rate” offer to prepaid mobile customers.

The launch, which took place on Monday at the Grenada trade Centre Annex, is being described as the lowest price ever seen in Grenada for prepaid mobile customers. LIME Slashes Prices with Grenada’s lowest ever mobile rate under the tag line ‘Best Rate, Any Network, Anywhere, Anytime’ LIME has launched ‘One Rate’. The low rate, which took effect last week Saturday June 15th, will see LIME customers paying only 40 cents per minute to any network in Grenada.

Mr. Steele said that no other network gives that sort of value and is confident that this new approach will bring an end to customers worrying about what network they are calling and when they make calls. “This is the best rate in the market by some distance and with a single simple one rate it puts customers back in control.

In a challenge to the other network he pointed out that phone users will always be better off using LIME regardless of what network is being called and can save up to 55c per minute on local and regional calls.

“We are changing the way you think about using your mobile phone. The low flat rate means you no longer have to worry about what you’re being charged and you don’t have to wait for certain times or check where you’re calling.” The new low Flat Rate from LIME is being promoted, as ‘One Rate’ and means customers will pay the same low rate to call any local mobile phone at any time of the day or night and any day of the week.

“Our introduction of a flat rate makes staying in touch more affordable than ever. It’s perfect for customers who make calls to other local carriers and those who have friends and family in other Caribbean territories, or those who do business at the regional level. It’s straightforward and easy to understand and gives customers the freedom they need to manage their lives both personal and professional.” He added: “We decided to take this huge step to meet the needs of customers who depend on our service to stay connected with friends, loved ones, and business associates. Now more than ever customers need more savings to help them stretch their hard-earned money. They need freedom and flexibility to call whomever they like, whenever they like, and talk as long as they wish without constantly having to be counting the minutes.

Customers calling within the region also get to benefit from a flat rate of 65c to 25 countries. They are Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Bonaire, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Curacao, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Jamaica, Martinique, Montserrat, Puerto Rico, Saba, St. Eustasius, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Maarten, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, US Virgin Islands, Trinidad & Tobago and Turks & Caicos.
