Political Leader of G.O.D. Escapes Death Featured

Political Leader of G.O.D. Escapes Death

They came in two pick-up vehicles and well armed with automatic rifles and camouflaged outfits. There were several of them, they parked their vehicles close to Ming’s place on the premise of looking for drugs in the neighborhood and made their way to the house and office of the Political Leader of G.O.D party Justin Mc Burnie.

It is understood that the police S.S.U squad made their way steadily to Mc Burnie’s residence and party headquarters around 5am on Sunday of last week.

Political Leader Mc Burnie reported to this paper that he was making his way to the back of his house to have a solitary moment in his toilet, when he noticed a contingent of heavily armed S.S.U.officers staking out his place.

He said the weapons were aimed dangerously close at him but that he did the right thing and did not panic or try to run from the menacing guns or sight of the S.S.U party, whose intentions were suspicious. Justin Mc Burnie is well known by both police and his neighbours and he doesn’t deal with drugs or hideaway drugs and ammunition for anybody.

Mc Burnie together with the public wants to know why the police staked him out when he has never fallen afoul of the law.

Mc Burnie said that the answer came days later when he was alerted to the fact that some S.S.U personnel have breakfast at Andy’s bar every morning and that one or two of them are very close to his estranged wife.

According to Mc Burnie the police raid on his premises has left a black mark on his chances of winning the up-coming general elections. He said that the Commissioner of Police Winston James has since been alerted and is taking the matter very seriously.

Mc Burnie said when he becomes the next Prime Minister of Grenada; all police officers who are today killing Grenadians would face the gallows immediately as he gets into office. He also said that while he escaped death from the guns that were aimed at him, he did not try to escape but very politely said good morning to the officers.

He suspects that certain persons who see him as a threat would like to have him assassinated, to kill his chances of winning the general election and become the next prime minister. He said that like Donald Trump, he is the change that would make Grenada great again.

Additionally, he said he understands from reliable sources that one of the S.S.U officers has intimate relations with his estranged wife. Whatever their reasons were for intruding his personal space, according to Mc Burnie, they would all see the next side of him with their so-called general search of the community, which incidentally did not include every house in that small area of Park Lane. He said that they did not read him any warrant according to the law of Grenada and he has already contacted his lawyer.
