Stanislaus sentenced to 22 years in Prison

After accepting full responsibility for his action and pleading guilty to sixteen counts; Alister Stanislaus Mt Parnassus resident was sentenced last Friday to twenty-two years behind bars.

Among his charges are robbing, bank fraud, stealing, robbery with violence, possession of a firearm, escaping lawful custody.

Skipper Kwesi Paul with his talented young crew Justin James, Kiron Benjamin and Kimo Sampson Sailing in Gybe Talk, one of the five matched design boats owned by Grenada Sailing Festival, stormed through the finish line to bring the title of Champion of Champions, and a cheque for US$1,000.00 back to Gouyave, after two years of having to settle with second place.
