Tivoli Man sentenced to six years in prison for manslaughter

A twenty-four year old man from Tivoli in St. Andrew’s will spend the next six years of his life behind the walls of the Richmond Hill Prison having pleaded guilty to manslaughter and accepted responsibility for the death of a fellow villager whose throat he had slashed with a cutlass during an altercation in the village in August of 2013.
